The following Return Policy applies to online purchases made through

FINAL SALE:  All sales of jewelry and items marked as Sales are final.  FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.  For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form/packing slip.  Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Return shipping is non-refundable.




Jewelry and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).  Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, improper handling, or from being washed incorrectly, etc. are not considered to be faulty and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.  All items are thoroughly inspected before being shipped, however, should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a return authorization.  We will respond within 24 hours.  Once you have contacted an EHB representative and received a return authorization, return the merchandise within 7 days from the shipped date to our online returns address.  If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write exchange on the return form/packing slip.  We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available.  If the merchandise is not available you will receive an EHB store credit towards a future EHB purchase for the value of the merchandise.  Returned items must be odorless, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all original tags attached.  We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, odor, or tampering.


Your order will include a packing slip/return form.  On your packing slip form, check off the item(s) you wish to return and list the return reason.  Securely pack your merchandise and the packing slip form in a box or envelope of your choice.  Return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).  We will CREDIT, to be used on a future EHB purchase, the return shipping on damaged, defective or wrong item(s) if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the packing slip/return form AND ALL criteria, as stated above, are met after receiving a return authorization from an EHB representative.  Email us at providing the tracking number, reason for your return and your return ship date.  You will receive a response within 24 hours.

After EHB has received your return and verified that ALL OF THE CONDITIONS stated above have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  Your return will be refunded to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.

Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:

  • Credit or Debit Card: Refund times will depend on the Card company’s policies.

  • Payment with PayPal: The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.
