SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only.  Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from order date by USPS with tracking.  Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.  If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment, billing or shipping information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days or until all customer information is verified and confirmed accurate.  Orders with out of stock item(s), may take additional time to process and ship, if the order will be restocked.

Please note:  Once the shipping carrier receives your tracked EHB package for delivery we are not responsible or liable for any lost or delayed package deliveries due to the shipping carrier.  EHB will not be held responsible or liable for any packages that are returned due to delivery refusal, wrong or unknown addresses, or for any other reason.  Any additional shipping or handling fees that may be incurred due to this are non-refundable.  We reserve the right to abandon the package and/or cancel the order and no refund, exchange or credit will be given.
